Unknown Firm is actively seeking an experienced Dedicated Producer Attorney to join a national Insurance Defense Practice focusing on personal injury defense. The role demands strategic case management, strong trial capabilities, and effective collaboration with clients, carriers, experts, and legal teams to secure favorable outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from a top-tier law school, possess active bar admissions in one or more relevant states, and have 5+ years of substantive experience

• 5+ years of substantive insurance defense litigation experience.
• Strong trial capabilities and ability to handle complex matters.
• Knowledge of medical records, causation, and damages evaluation.
• Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and client-relations skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex insurance defense matters from inception to resolution.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies for efficient outcomes.
• Analyze claims, evaluate liability and damages exposure, and advise clients and insurers.
• Draft and argue motions, oversee discovery, and manage case development.
