Unknown National Law Firm seeks a dedicated Dedicated Producer Attorney to join its Insurance Defense Practice, handling complex personal injury defense matters in a national remote setup.

The candidate will manage bodily injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and general liability claims with strategic case management, strong trial skills, and collaboration with clients, carriers, and experts.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Arizona, California, New Jersey, New York or Texas.
• 5+ years of substantive experience in insurance defense litigation and personal injury.
• Proven success defending personal injury and wrongful death through trial and resolution.
• Deep familiarity with premises liability, motor vehicle, trucking, and general liability.
• Strong knowledge of medical records, treatment analysis, causation issues, and damages evaluation.
• Ability to collaborate with medical experts and other consultants.
• Understanding of insurer billing guidelines, budgets, reporting, e-billing, compliance.
• Exceptional analytical, advocacy, negotiation, and client relations.
• Preferred: Am Law 100/200 or top firm; portable business $350,000+.
• Strong writing, analytical and advocacy skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex insurance defense matters from inception to resolution.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies for efficient outcomes.
• Analyze claims, assess liability and damages, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Draft and argue motions, oversee discovery, and manage case development.
• Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate experts.
• Represent clients at court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers, clients, experts, and co-counsel.
• Maintain high client service standards while handling multiple matters and deadlines.
