Our client, a highly respected national law firm, seeks an experienced Dedicated Producer Attorney for its Insurance Defense Practice. The role focuses on defending personal injury matters with strong trial capabilities and collaboration with clients, carriers, and experts.

Ideal candidates have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar status in one of the listed states, and a portable book of business is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Arizona, California, New Jersey, New York or Texas in good standing.
• 5+ years of substantive experience in insurance defense litigation and personal injury claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex insurance defense litigation from inception through resolution.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies for efficient outcomes.
• Analyze claims, evaluate liability and damages exposure, advise clients.
