The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admissions in multiple states, and a track record of trial-driven success in bodily injury, wrongful death, and general liability claims.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Arizona, California, New Jersey, New York or Texas in good standing.
• 5+ years of substantive experience in insurance defense litigation and personal injury.
• Proven success defending personal injury and wrongful death matters through trial and resolution.
• Strong understanding of premises liability, motor vehicle, trucking, and general liability claims.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex insurance defense litigation from inception through resolution.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies for efficient outcomes.
• Analyze claims, evaluate liability and damages exposure, provide strategic recommendations.
• Draft and argue motions, oversee discovery, and manage case development.
• Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate expert engagements.
• Represent clients at court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with carriers, clients, experts, and co-counsel for effective management.
