Job summary

Our client, a national law firm, seeks a Dedicated Producer Attorney for its Insurance Defense Practice to defend complex personal injury matters. This remote role requires strategic case management, strong trial capabilities, and collaboration with clients, carriers, experts, and legal teams to achieve favorable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a JD from a top-tier law school, active Bar admissions in AZ/CA/NJ/NY/TX, and 5+ years of substantive insurance defense experience, including

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Arizona, California, New Jersey, New York or Texas
• 5+ years of substantive insurance defense litigation experience
• Proven success defending personal injury and wrongful death through trial
• Knowledge of premises liability, motor vehicle, trucking, and general liability
• Strong knowledge of medical records, causation, damages
• Ability to collaborate with medical experts and consultants
• Understanding insurer billing guidelines and e-billing compliance
• Exceptional analytical, advocacy, negotiation, and client-service skills
• Previous experience at Am Law 100/200, Law360-ranked firm preferred
• Portable business of $350,000+ preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage complex insurance defense matters from inception through resolution
• Develop and implement litigation strategies for efficient outcomes
• Analyze claims, evaluate liability and damages, advise clients and insurers
• Draft and argue motions, oversee discovery, manage case development
• Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, coordinate experts
• Represent clients at court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, trials
• Collaborate with carriers, clients, experts, and co-counsel
• Maintain high client service standards while managing deadlines
