Qualifikationen

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in AZ, CA, NJ, NY or TX in good standing.
• 5+ years of substantive experience in insurance defense litigation and PI claims.
• Strong trial capability and ability to manage complex matters.

Aufgaben

• Manage complex insurance defense litigation from inception through resolution.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve favorable client outcomes.
• Analyze claims, evaluate liability and damages, and advise clients and insurers.
• Draft and argue motions, oversee discovery, and manage case development.
• Conduct and defend depositions, coordinate expert engagements.
• Represent clients at court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with insurers, clients, experts, and co-counsel for effective management.
• Maintain high standards of client service while juggling multiple matters.
