Talent Solutions Partners is recruiting an experienced Dedicated Producer Attorney for its Insurance Defense Practice. The attorney will defend personal injury and related claims in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, handling complex matters from inception to resolution.

The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission in one of the target states, 5+ years of substantive defense experience, and a track record of courtroom success, with strong collaboration

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in AZ, CA, NJ, NY or TX in good standing
• 5+ years of substantive experience in insurance defense litigation and personal injury claims
• Proven success defending personal injury and wrongful death matters through trial and resolution

Responsibilities

• Manage complex insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution, including bodily injury, wrongful death, premises liability, motor vehicle, trucking, and general liability claims.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies designed to achieve efficient and favorable client outcomes
• Analyze claims, evaluate liability and damages exposure, and provide strategic recommendations to clients and insurers
• Draft and argue motions, prepare pleadings, oversee discovery, and manage all aspects of case development
• Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate expert engagements
• Represent clients at court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and trials
• Collaborate closely with insurance carriers, clients, experts, and co-counsel to ensure effective case management
• Maintain high standards of client service while managing multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously
