Job summary

North is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative (Senior) to join our remote team. You will engage prospective merchants, qualify leads, and close deals in the payments and merchant services space, leveraging effective closing techniques and outbound prospecting.

You should have 1+ year of outbound self-sourcing sales experience, familiarity with payment processing or FinTech, and be comfortable with high-volume cold calling.

Qualifications

• 1+ year outbound self-sourcing sales experience.
• Experience selling payment processing or similar FinTech product/service.
• Experience with high volume cold calling.
• Bachelor Degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional contact with prospective customers and develop business through effective closing techniques.
• Work with leads, conduct market research, and submit and close deals.
• Build target lists, conduct cold calls, and utilize Salesforce.
• Generate new business opportunities through self-sourcing and outreach.
• Proactively engage potential clients through cold-calling to drive pipeline growth.
• Meet and exceed quotas.
