Job summary

North is seeking an Inside Sales Representative, Senior for a remote role in the United States. You will engage prospective customers and develop business using our payments platform, closing deals with proven closing techniques.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year outbound self-sourcing sales experience, experience selling payment processing or FinTech products, and comfort with high-volume cold calling. Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year outbound self-sourcing sales experience.
• Experience selling payment processing or similar FinTech product/service.
• Experience with high volume cold calling.
• Bachelor Degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through self-sourcing and self-prospecting.
• Proactively engage potential clients through extensive cold-calling efforts to drive pipeline growth.
• Use effective sales closing techniques to convert leads into customers.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential partners through outreach and relationship development.
• Maintain integrity of the company through disclosure of merchant terms and rates.
• Meet and exceed quotas.
