Job summary

PayTrace by North is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business from a remote location. You will engage prospects, conduct market research, and close deals in merchant services and FinTech.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years inside sales, extensive cold-calling (60/day), and experience with Zoho CRM and HubSpot. We offer a strong compensation plan with OTE and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payment processing, merchant services, or FinTech sales experience.
• 1+ year outbound self-sourcing sales experience.
• Experience with high volume cold calling (60+ calls per day).
• Experience with credit card statement analysis and Level 2/3 interchange requalification.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through self-sourcing and self-prospecting techniques.
• Proactively engage potential clients with extensive cold-calling (minimum 60 outbound calls daily).
• Perform merchant statement analysis and apply Level 2/3 requalification strategies.
• Drive sales momentum focusing on speed to lead, application, and activation.
• Collect underwriting documents to move deals through approval.
• Use effective sales closing techniques.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline using Zoho CRM and HubSpot.
