Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead through influence across customers, direct reports and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with capital sales, contract negotiation, and selling in a matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales execution to achieve revenue, sales mix, profit, and market share goals across the Immunohistochemistry portfolio.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team of sales representatives and specialists with clear performance expectations.
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain commercial talent across territory planning, strategic selling, funnel management, and customer engagement.
