Strong CRM usage, strategic selling, and stakeholder management are essential across a dynamic, matrixed environment. The role requires 50-75% travel, a bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years of sales leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams, coaching, and driving performance.
• Capital sales, contract negotiation, or matrixed environment selling.
• Ability to influence across customers, reports, and stakeholders.
• CRM usage to manage funnel and forecast.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales execution to hit revenue, profit, and market-share goals.
• Develop and coach a high-performing sales team across territory.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain commercial talent with structured processes.
• Drive Salesforce usage, funnel reviews, forecasting, and DBS tools.
• Build senior-level relationships with hospital leadership and procurement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support retention and growth.
