Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• 5+ years of sales leadership or equivalent commercial experience
• Proven coaching, performance management, and talent development skills
• Experience leading capital sales or complex matrixed environments
• Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM for funnel, forecast, and activity tracking

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales execution to hit revenue, mix, profit and market share goals across the Immunohistochemistry portfolio.
• Build and coach a high-performing team of sales reps and specialists.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain commercial talent across territory planning and funnel management.
• Drive Salesforce usage, funnel reviews, and DBS tools for visibility and accountability.
• Develop senior-level customer relationships with hospital leadership and pathology decision-makers.
• Partner cross-functionally to support retention, new growth, and implementation success.
• Translate market trends and feedback into growth plans for leadership.
