Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Sales Leader to drive regional Immunohistochemistry sales, build and coach a high-performing team, and manage key accounts across hospitals and laboratories. Ability to travel and engage senior stakeholders is essential.

The role supports remote work from home with travel up to 50-75% as needed and offers a strong incentive structure in addition to base salary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
Experience leading teams, coaching, and driving performance.
Capital sales, contract negotiation, and multi-stakeholder selling experience.
Ability to influence across customers, direct reports, and senior stakeholders.
Experience using CRM to manage funnel, forecast, and performance.

Responsibilities

Lead regional sales execution to hit revenue, mix, profit and market share goals.
Develop and lead a high-performing sales team through coaching and field engagement.
Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain commercial talent across territory planning and strategic selling.
Drive Salesforce adoption, funnel reviews, forecasting, and DBS tools.
Build senior-level relationships with hospital leadership and procurement teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support retention, growth, and implementation success.
Translate market trends and insights into actionable growth plans and leadership recommendations.
