Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Prior people leadership or sales management experience.
• Capital sales or complex/matrixed environment selling experience.
• Ability to influence across customers, direct reports, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience using Salesforce.com to manage funnel, forecast, and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales execution to achieve revenue, profit, and market share goals.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team of sales representatives and specialists.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain commercial talent across territory planning and funnel management.
• Drive use of Salesforce.com, funnel reviews, and DBS tools to improve visibility and execution.
• Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships across strategic accounts.
• Partner cross-functionally to support retention, growth, and implementation success.
• Translate market trends and insights into growth plans and leadership recommendations.
