Responsibilities

• Develop and apply IE methods and Lean tools to improve flow of material and asset utilization.
• Lead capacity utilization and workstation layout projects with Operations and IE leaders.
• Design, develop and deploy manufacturing systems with emphasis on machining lines.
• Create Standard Work and visual management for process optimization.
• Lead teams and communicate benefits and risks of Lean initiatives.
