Job summary

You will drive standard work, capacity utilization, and layout planning across parts families and shop operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and asset utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years experience facilitating lean transformations in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Willing to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced competency in Industrial Engineering Methods and Lean tools, coaching associates in Lean practices.
• Partner, develop and execute Capacity Utilization processes with Operations and Leaders.
• Improve workflow by studying process flow, modify workflows and workstations, develop new procedures.
