Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience facilitating lean transformations in manufacturing/supply chain.
• Willing to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop competence in Industrial Engineering methods and Lean tools and coach teams.
• Partner to develop and execute capacity utilization with Operations and Leaders.
• Improve workflow by analyzing processes and establishing new procedures.
• Layout and workstation planning.
• Design and deploy manufacturing systems focusing on machining lines and balance capacity.
• Improve labor and machine utilization through study of work methods and layouts.
• Create Standard Work and implement visual management for material flow.
