Ladders is seeking a Program Manager to lead a federal IT program in a highly structured contractor environment. This remote role requires coordinating with senior government stakeholders to ensure objectives are met and to drive schedule discipline and issue management.

You will oversee task orders, manage multidisciplinary teams, and champion continuous improvement, while maintaining strong leadership and timely communication across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience managing federal IT programs.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong background in project management documentation.
• Expertise in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
• Effective communication with senior government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead task order execution across diverse program activities.
• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for stakeholders.
• Develop and execute the Contractor Project Management Plan.
• Monitor performance and communicate deviations promptly.
• Oversee program schedules and critical path management.
• Manage contractor performance against established objectives.
• Champion continuous process improvement and automation initiatives.
