Ladders is seeking a Program Manager to lead a federal IT program in a highly structured contractor environment. This remote role requires coordinating with senior government stakeholders to ensure objectives are met and to drive schedule discipline and issue management.

You will oversee task orders, manage multidisciplinary teams, and champion continuous improvement, while maintaining strong leadership and timely communication across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience managing federal IT programs.

• Strong background in project management documentation.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This remote role will oversee complex federal IT program execution in a highly structured contractor environment. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders while driving schedule discipline, performance tracking, and proactive issue management. This position also requires strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams and close coordination with senior government stakeholders to ensure objectives are met and continuous improvement opportunities are identified.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
