Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Federal Software Program Manager to direct large-scale deployments for federal government and public safety clients. This remote role carries end-to-end accountability for governance, P&L, cross-functional leadership, and compliance across North America with up to 50% travel.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in software program management, experience with federal contracts, and proficiency with Jira Align, MS Project, Confluence, and Asana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of software project or program management experience delivering complex, large-scale software solutions.
• Experience leading federal government software contracts is strongly preferred; other regulated industries considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale, enterprise software deployments and complex technology initiatives.
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, revenue, margin, and cash for projects.
• Develop and implement governance, risk, and change management plans.
• Support proposal development, effort estimation, and win strategies for federal procurement.
