Fortra is hiring a Project Manager to lead customer deployments across multiple teams in a remote-capable environment. You will translate customer objectives into project activity, coordinate schedules, and guide consultants to deliver solutions on time and to a high standard.

The role requires 2+ years leading complex projects, PMP/ITIL preferred, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to manage risk and stakeholder expectations. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Formal Project Management qualification such as PMP / Prince 2 / APM / ITIL Transition.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading multi-phased projects, ideally transitioning customers to service in a matrix environment.
• Minimum of 3 years in customer service/facing industries.
• Proven experience of key project management skills on complex, dynamic, fast-paced projects, adapting on the fly to respond to roadblocks without losing momentum.
• Strong analysis skills, ability to evaluate requirements and modify existing solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ~20 deployment projects concurrently.
• Define project scope and build detailed plans to achieve them.
• Take full responsibility for project goals and pro-actively manage delivery for on-time deployment and high quality.
• Coordinate internal and external teams of consultants and guide them to achieve goals.
• Carry out stakeholder communication on project progress via multiple means and quality reporting.
• Build strong relationships with the customer and ensure high satisfaction.
• Maintain project controls for scope, risks, dependencies, and schedule with supporting records.
• Build and maintain knowledge of Fortra products to train the customer.
• Predict risks, capture issues, and escalate to manage successful outcomes.
• Maintain a utilization target of 85% or greater.
• Some travel may be required.
