Job summary

Fortra is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer deployments end-to-end in a remote-capable environment. You will coordinate a team of consultants, define scopes, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery that meets customer objectives.

You will engage with customers to translate business goals into actionable plans, maintain communications, and drive high satisfaction across multiple deployments while supporting Fortra’s product and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• PM/PRINCE2/APM/ITIL transitions are preferred.
• 2+ years leading multi-phased projects, preferably transitioning customers to service in a matrix environment.
• 3+ years in customer service/facing industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage ~20 deployment projects with varying scope simultaneously and effectively.
• Define project scope and goals with customers and build detailed plans.
• Ensure on-time deployment and high quality for customer and Fortra.
• Coordinate internal and external teams of consultants and guide them toward goals.
• Maintain stakeholder communication on project progress via multiple channels.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain project control of constraints, risks, and schedule with records.
• Train customers on Fortra products to maximize service outcomes.
• Predict risks, capture issues timely, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a utilization target of 85% or greater.
• Some travel may be required (<5%).
