Job summary

Fortra is seeking a Project Manager to guide deployment projects from start to finish, coordinating customers and a team of consultants to deliver solutions that meet business objectives. You will translate customer goals into actionable project plans and drive delivery with a strong emphasis on scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or similar work experience required.
• PM qualifications like PMP/Prince2/APM/ITIL recommended.
• 2+ years leading multi-phased projects; 3+ years in customer service/facing industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead ~20 deployment projects with varying scope.
• Define project scope and build detailed plans with customers.
• Ensure on-time deployment with high quality for customer and Fortra.
• Coordinate internal and external consultant teams to meet goals.
• Maintain stakeholder communications and progress reports.
