Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Senior Assistant Customer Support to help our clients improve health outcomes by delivering timely, accurate responses and expert guidance. You will handle routine inquiries, document interactions, and work within defined SLAs to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience in any industry.
Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software and Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving skills to bring inquiries to effective resolution.
Strong customer service skills with emphasis on written and oral communication.
Ability to understand your role on a team and identify stakeholders to resolve inquiries.

Responsibilities

Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions; elevate more complex cases as needed.
Resolve client inquiries, update account history and follow up on resolution.
Adhere to SLAs and meet production targets.
Collaborate with team members, management and clients to resolve inquiries; cross-train new resources.
Review and recommend changes to procedures and workflow to improve efficiency.
