Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to help our clients improve health outcomes through innovative technology. You will lead project teams, drive schedules and budgets, and ensure timely delivery while managing risk and stakeholder expectations.

The role offers remote-based work within the United States, travel up to 10%, and a compensation package reflecting experience, with benefits including health coverage, 401(k) matching, and educational support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives, with Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more medium-sized project management teams by overseeing smaller aspects of a larger technological program.
• Staff and supervise assigned personnel by providing direction and deadlines to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Interface with client, company and project leadership to measure metrics and recommend program changes.
• Drive quality of deliverables by creating objectives, schedules, definitions and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks through status reporting and updates to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare detailed SOWs for clients and obtain stakeholder approval.
