Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong coding and data visualization skills with proficiency in SAS, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Strong research, analytical, mathematical skills and ability to structure complex analyses.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to coach, mentor and provide feedback to colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex data analyses for assigned client groups and collaborates with partners to gain alignment.
• Develops recommendations, improves procedures, and identifies additional analysis needs.
• Prepares and communicates findings to business partners and may co-present to senior management.
• Develops and enhances reporting processes for clients and improves efficiency.
• Provides coaching and guidance on reporting processes and analytical approaches.
