Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management or related roles.
• Experience managing a portfolio of high-complexity customers.
• B.S./B.A. degree required; MBA or professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-trust relationships with Benefitfocus customers across lifecycle.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention and success metrics.
• Educate customers on governance, products, and platform capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improvements.
• Plan and execute Open Enrollment activities with clear ownership and timelines.
