Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a client-focused professional responsible for new business implementation, asset retention, asset growth, and client satisfaction across an assigned book of business.

This role partners with plan sponsors and brokers, supports sales with presentations, and serves as a subject matter expert on the Voya Service Model, installation, ongoing service, and procedures. The position requires strong analytical and relationship-building skills, multiple licenses, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in financial services or 2 years in defined contribution.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 within 90 days.
• State insurance license required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distribution partners, and TPAs.
• Develop business plans that identify key clients and define action steps.
• Consult with clients and brokers on investment topics including performance and diversification.
• Partner with plan sponsors to design participant education campaigns to boost participation.
• Support sales reps with presentations and serve as SME on the Voya Service Model and installation.
• Introduce and support new product and service initiatives.
