Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in insurance claims or claims operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Prior people leadership within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a team of Claims Client Liaisons.
• Establish and monitor service standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage workload, staffing capacity, and prioritization.
• Escalate and resolve complex customer and claims issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
