Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• In-depth knowledge of disability, leave, life, and workforce benefits claims operations.
• Experience handling escalations and managing complex customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Claims Client Liaisons, promoting a customer-focused culture
• Establish and monitor service standards for quality and customer satisfaction
• Conduct performance management activities including coaching and development planning
• Manage workload distribution and staffing to ensure effective customer support
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer and claims issues
• Identify service risks and implement proactive solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer meetings and escalations
