Honeywell is seeking a Lead Channel Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through channel management. You will mentor the channel sales team, build relationships with partners, and negotiate contracts.

You will report to the regional manager and work with solution consultants, business managers, customer service and marketing on a remote schedule, with Mountain and Central Time Zones in mind.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in account management or sales with proven revenue growth.
• Experience working with distribution channels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
