Job summary

Honeywell INC. is seeking a Lead Channel Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through channel management and partner collaboration. You will mentor the channel sales team and build lasting relationships with distributors while delivering value-added solutions.

Reporting to the regional manager, you will work with solution consultants, channel business managers, customer service and marketing on a remote schedule, supporting Mountain and Central Time Zones in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales.
• Experience working with distribution channels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidance.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to channel sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
