Qualifications

Must hold active California bar license and be licensed in a listed state.
5+ years in California employment litigation.
Experience defending employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment matters.
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
Must refrain from any concurrent employment during the assignment.

Responsibilities

Support California employment defense litigation from case assessment through resolution.
Research and analyze California employment law and procedural issues.
Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
Analyze case materials and assist with litigation strategy and preparation.
Collaborate with attorneys to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
