Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is supporting a leading global law firm by recruiting Employment Litigation Attorneys licensed in California to support their team. This remote opportunity requires residence in eligible states and active California bar admission, with a start around January 2027 for a six-month assignment.

Hours are 35-40 per week, pay is $100-$115/hour depending on experience. The team seeks candidates with 5+ years of California employment litigation experience, including

Qualifications

• 5+ years of California employment litigation experience.
• Experience defending employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, and related matters.
• Must reside in and hold an active bar license in an eligible location and California.

Responsibilities

• Support California employment defense litigation from case assessment through resolution.
• Research and analyze California employment law and procedural issues.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Analyze case materials and assist with litigation strategy and preparation.
• Collaborate with attorneys to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
