Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks Employment Litigation Attorneys licensed in California to support a leading global law firm on a 6-month remote assignment. Candidates must reside in an eligible state and hold an active California bar license, with 5+ years of California employment litigation experience.

Work hours are about 35-40 per week (Mon-Fri). Pay ranges from $100 to $115 per hour, commensurate with experience, and concurrent employment is not permitted during the assignment.

Qualifications

• Must reside in California or eligible remote states and hold an active California bar license.
• At least 5 years handling California employment litigation, with recent work within 3 years.
• Experience defending employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment matters.
• Strong research, writing, analytical and organizational skills.
• Must refrain from concurrent work during the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Support California employment defense litigation from intake to resolution.
• Research and analyze California employment law and procedural issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Assist with case materials and litigation strategy and prep.
• Collaborate with attorneys to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
