Qualifications

• Must reside in and hold an active California bar license in good standing; reside in an eligible location.
• 5+ years of California employment litigation experience, with recent work within the past three years.
• Experience defending employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Must refrain from concurrent employment during the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Support California employment defense litigation from case assessment through resolution.
• Research and analyze California employment law and procedural issues.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Analyze case materials and assist with litigation strategy and preparation.
• Collaborate with attorneys to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
