Candidates must hold an active California bar license and be in good standing, with 5+ years of CA employment litigation experience, and be able to refrain from concurrent work

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in California and reside in an eligible state.
• 5+ years of California employment litigation experience, with recent work in the past 3 years.
• Experience defending employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment and related matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support California employment defense litigation from case assessment through resolution.
• Research and analyze California employment law and procedural issues.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery and other litigation documents.
• Analyze case materials and assist with litigation strategy and preparation.
• Collaborate with attorneys to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
