Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking Employment Litigation Attorneys who are actively licensed in California to support a leading global law firm. This remote role requires residence in an eligible state and an active California bar license.

Candidates should have 5+ years of California employment litigation experience, including defense of employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment matters. Start is likely January 2027 for a 6-month assignment.

Qualificações

• Must hold active bar license in an eligible state listed above and California.
• 5+ years of California employment litigation experience, with recent work within the past three years.
• Experience defending employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment matters, and related issues.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to refrain from all concurrent employment during the assignment.

Responsabilidades

• Support California employment defense litigation from case assessment through resolution.
• Research and analyze California employment law and procedural issues.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Analyze case materials and assist with litigation strategy and preparation.
• Collaborate with attorneys to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
