You will drive asset health initiatives, improve Maximo data and workflows, and contribute to long-term asset value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering program accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission.
• 7 years of related experience; project management leadership preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs complex assignments requiring in-depth analysis to determine solutions.
• Improve maintenance programs and CMMS data quality; optimize asset health workflows.
• Lead or support maintenance planning, reliability analyses, and root cause investigations to improve asset value across the fleet.
• Mentor others and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
