Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering program accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission.
- 7 years of related experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
Responsabilités
- Improve reliability, availability, and performance of generation assets.
- Lead maintenance planning and CMMS optimization (Maximo).
- Develop asset health strategies and reliability analyses.
- Mentor less experienced personnel and guide interns.
- Prepare technical studies and project documentation for stakeholders.
