Alliant Energy is seeking a Senior Reliability Systems Engineer (Generation) to enhance reliability and performance across the generation fleet. You will lead maintenance optimization, improve CMMS workflows, and develop asset health strategies in collaboration with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Minimum 7 years of related experience in reliability/maintenance.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.

Responsibilities

Improve reliability, availability and performance of generation assets.
Optimize maintenance programs and CMMS data quality with stakeholders.
Develop asset health strategies and implement maintenance best practices.
Mentor junior staff and communicate technical analyses clearly.
