Job summary

Alliant Energy Corporation is seeking a Reliability Systems Engineer (Senior Engineer Generation) to improve reliability, availability, and performance of generation assets. You will apply reliability engineering, maintenance strategy optimization, and CMMS expertise to support the fleet.

You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering to enhance maintenance programs, data quality, and asset health strategies while driving continuous improvement and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• 7+ years of related experience with reliability and maintenance planning.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability-centered maintenance initiatives for generation assets.
• Improve CMMS data quality and workflows (Maximo).
• Develop asset health strategies and maintenance plans.
• Analyze failures and support root cause investigations.
