Job summary

Alliant Energy is seeking a Senior Reliability Systems Engineer to enhance the reliability, availability, and performance of our generation assets. You will lead maintenance strategies, optimize CMMS workflows in Maximo, and drive asset health initiatives across the fleet.

The role requires a strong background in reliability-centered maintenance, root cause analysis, and project leadership, with collaboration across operations and engineering to improve equipment performance and long-term asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering accredited by EAC.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with reliability-centered maintenance and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs complex assignments requiring in-depth analysis.
• Leads maintenance programs and optimization efforts across the generation fleet.
• Develops asset health strategies and reliability analyses.
• Mentors less experienced staff and supports project budgets and documentation.
