Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to join our Legal/IT team in supporting and improving the organization’s network systems, including ALS applications such as Relativity, iPro, and CaseMap.

The role emphasizes designing and maintaining ALS infrastructure across on‑prem and AWS environments, managing external access, backups, and documentation, with a focus on security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or MIS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years building/maintaining litigation support systems (Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, etc).
• Experience designing, deploying, and integrating complex systems.
• Experience with large mixed-OS environments and storage.
• SQL Server 2012+ experience and ability to obtain Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions primarily using Relativity and related tools.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) across on‑premises and AWS.
• Manage external access and IAM for stakeholders (e.g., experts, government partners).
• Perform backups, restores, updates, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Produce system diagrams and admin/user documentation; update semi-annually.
• Provide weekly health and project status reports; collaborate with IT leadership.
