Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Relativity SME to join the eDiscovery team in Boston, MA. You will provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys and investigators, and help test software releases while developing templates, views, scripts, and workflows used across divisions.

You will work with Relativity staff and the FTC's team to resolve issues, stay current with Relativity analytics and plugins, and contribute to user training and documentation for efficient use

Qualifications

• 10+ years of litigation support experience, including Relativity work.
• Master’s degree or a JD, or 13 years total experience may substitute for Master’s.
• Relativity RCA certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within scope of work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys, investigators, and support specialists.
• Perform data culling and identification in Relativity for complex searches and domains.
• Collaborate with FTC technical support to resolve access, performance, and installation issues.
• Coordinate with Relativity staff to resolve software-specific issues.
• Lead testing of Relativity releases and create templates, views, scripts,/workflows.
