Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Relativity SME to join the eDiscovery team in a full-time capacity in Boston, MA. You will work closely with Relativity staff to resolve software issues, test releases, and establish templates, views, scripts, and workflows used across divisions.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in litigation support, a Relativity RCA certification (two certifications preferred), and strong communication skills to coordinate with attorneys and

Qualifications

• At least ten years of litigation support experience, incl. four years in Relativity.
• Relativity RCA certification is required; two certifications are preferred.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and communicating clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys and investigators.
• Test Relativity software releases and set up templates, views, and workflows.
• Perform complex data culling for litigation matters and holds.
• Deliver Relativity demos, training, and user documentation.
