Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior Relativity SME to support attorneys and investigators, perform advanced Relativity tasks, and test software releases. The role requires extensive Relativity experience and relevant certifications, with opportunities to lead workflow development and training.

You will collaborate with Relativity staff to resolve issues, stay current with platform changes, and advocate for feature improvements within the eDiscovery division.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years in litigation support with at least 4 years in Relativity progression.
• Median or higher education with relevant certifications; advanced degrees may substitute.
• Relativity RCA certification required; multi-certification is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within scope of work.
• Excellent oral and written communication; US citizenship and public trust eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys, investigators, and staff.
• Perform complex data culling and indexing for litigation matters.
• Collaborate with FTC technical support to resolve access and performance issues.
• Coordinate with Relativity staff to resolve software-specific issues.
• Lead testing of Relativity releases and design templates, views, scripts, workflows.
• Stay current on Relativity analytics, integrations, and plugins.
• Submit feature ideas via Relativity User Portal and participate in advocacy.
• Deliver Relativity demos, training sessions, and user documentation.
