Job summary

Lineal, an innovative eDiscovery and legal technology services firm, is seeking a Senior Relativity Operations Analyst who will serve as a Relativity subject matter expert, lead workspace administration, advanced review workflows, analytics, and complex productions across litigation, investigation, and regulatory matters.

The Senior Relativity Operations Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Relativity workspaces and workflows throughout the review lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal tech.
• Advanced expertise with RelativityOne and/or Relativity Server administration and review workflows.
• Strong understanding of the EDRM and document review lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing complex document review projects and large-scale productions.
• Relativity analytics, active learning, email threading, and review optimization workflows.
• Experience with workspace administration, security, permissions, and production management.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification (and related Relativity certifications) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Relativity subject matter expert and escalation point for complex review and production matters.
• Design, configure, and manage Relativity workspaces, review workflows, and analytics solutions.
• Lead privilege review, redaction, quality control, and validation processes.
• Plan, execute, and validate complex productions, including rolling productions and privilege workflows.
• Manage workspace administration, security, permissions, and user access.
• Troubleshoot advanced Relativity, workflow, and production issues.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and review teams to develop strategies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.
• Mentor junior team members and promote Relativity best practices.
• Manage multiple high-priority matters with quality and client satisfaction.
• Stay current with Relativity enhancements and AI-assisted review technologies.
