Job summary

CGS seeks a Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator in Tampa to support and improve the organization’s ALS infrastructure on both on‑premise and AWS platforms.

You will design, implement, and maintain Relativity and related litigation support tools, ensure secure external access, and provide comprehensive documentation and reporting. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in litigation support, experience with Relativity and SQL Server 2012+, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in CS or MIS or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years hands-on experience in litigation support apps
• Experience designing, acquiring equipment and software, installing and integrating systems
• Experience with large, complex systems and mixed OS environments
• Experience setting up large-scale database management applications
• Knowledge of Government IT environments and security requirements
• Experience with Relativity and SQL Server 2012+

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions (Relativity, iPro, CaseMap)
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on‑prem and AWS
• Manage external access and IAM for stakeholders
• Perform system maintenance including backups, restores, updates, tuning, monitoring
• Produce/update system diagrams and admin/user documentation
• Provide weekly reports on health, progress and planned activities
• Collaborate with IT leadership to support ALS apps and infrastructure
